The perfect location for a end when traveling between Oregon and San Francisco area. Really the only hotel in the surface area, even though there are a few outdated mom & pop motels here and in that location. A lot more homeless at present than in previous years. Sad. Mostly friendly though.

"Pet friendly is its biggest aspect "

This is one of the few pet friendly motels in the area. The room was carpeted, with a very dank olfactory property (likely from previous less continent dogs). None of the bedside electrical outlets worked, everything was snaked behind the bed to a power strip, which didn't seem safe. There was a large puddle of coffee under the bedside alarm clock. There was a hot breakfast (precooked omelets, bacon, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches). Overall this didn't live upwards to what I'd expect from a Best Western.

Nice identify to stay, the hotel is clean, well appointed, and the staff was very overnice. Nosotros had two rooms and traveled with the family pet. The pet fees were reasonable they supplied a sheet for him to lay on and a couple of treats. I would stay here again if in the area.

"Overpriced"

The skilful: very friendly front desk staff and pet friendly for an extra $20/nite! Our room was very make clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was typical hotel continental items plus pancakes, bacon and eggs. It was skilful. I would stay hither again at the correct cost. The bad: Non worth $200/nighttime, I would not stay here again at that cost. In my feel that was a $90-$110/night room & location. There were sketchy people hanging around in the back parking lot and we were concerned about our vehicle. Thankfully it was fine and nosotros saw security cameras on the edifice. We stayed on the first floor just across the driveway from the antechamber and had to park out back.

This is absolutely NOT a 3 star hotel. Mayhap one if pushing it. The room was muddied, we won't talk about the long, nighttime hallway fabricated of cinder blocks you have to go through to get to your room, the internet was too slow to use, there were fights in the hall mode, neighbors leaving their trash outside while. Nigh feels similar it was providing temp homeless services. Absolutely NOT worth $200 a night. I felt lucky to wake upwardly with both kidneys and my car still intact.

"A Not bad Place To Stay"

This is a motel-type holding with the rooms opening to the outside. Some rooms had balconies overlooking the pool, which would have been prissy. Our room did not have a balcony and overlooked the parking lot. Nevertheless, the room was spacious and make clean. The bath had a tub with shower, toilet, and sink vanity. A second long vanity and sink was at the end of the main room in a nook. At most places breakfast was often a 'chocolate-brown bag' thing due to Covid. Not hither. The breakfast was delicious. There were hot sausages, cheese omelettes, and wrapped sausage sandwiches. They also served waffles, fresh fruit, boxed cereal, yogurt, and assorted pastries. I of the breakfast seating areas overlooked the pool surface area. The property also had a invitee laundry and a fettle centre. Full suites were available for families. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would gladly stay hither again. The side by side fourth dimension I would go a balcony room. This is a beautiful area and Garberville is a small, friendly place that we loved.

"Very disappointed "

When nosotros checked in we were told that we would exist getting a new mattress the adjacent mean solar day. And then the following solar day we moved everything out of the way and then they had plenty of room to modify out the mattresses. When nosotros got back later in the day cypher had been done. we take been staying in Best Westerns all along the California declension. This is by far the worst experience we've had. We are Best Western members and they stuck us in a room in a corner right by the stairwell and the two rooms next to u.s.a. were the staging area for the mattress people. Up until 6:30 pm there was a lot of noise from the workers along with loud music. Right next to this room there are homeless people going through the trash. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom. Only shampoo, no conditioner and no wash cloths, simply manus towels and bathroom towels. So the next solar day we moved all our stuff Once more and still no new mattresses. And at present they had all the former mattresses piled up in forepart of our room's parking infinite so we had to park a ways abroad. Once again loud music and lots of noise higher up us until six:30. I don't think the place was at capacity and I feel like nosotros were given the worst room in the whole circuitous. We promise we can get some compensation for our unpleasant stay.

"Manner overpriced compared to other Best Western backdrop."

We stayed in that location for one dark and in our opinion, the place is overpriced. It is borderline average and accept homeless wandering around the property and on the property. Specifically sitting around on the curbs and even wandered through the door to the breakfast area. Speaking of the breakfast: information technology is sub par. They removed the food early on and RAN OUT OF EGGS AND Salary. I recollect that is cheap to not prepare enough. From the time a patron arrives, you can run across they take problems with security. For case, at that place is a window and tray for you to put your payment through should they lock the lobby. Why would an expensive property like this not have security walking around at night. Good luck if y'all stay here.

"Great Hotel"

This is the all-time facility to stay in Garberville. The rooms are very comfortable and make clean. Everything is up to date and very impressive. Plenty of parking and overnice pool expanse to rest at. Very surprising to fit all this in a modest surface area only experience very large. Well done.

"Stay out of Garberville if you tin can ... "

Overpriced poop-hole. Stains on the floor, crappy service, not enough pillows or towels. Long wait to cheque out. Garberville is a poop hole, so this is probably the best you'll notice. Researched the other options, and they seem quite a bit worse. Loud partiers at night, people loitering all over. If y'all're staying for the Redwoods, stay in Eureka and drive the ane - one 1/two hours.
